Film your lifts, send them to me, and I'll tell you exactly what needs fixing. Your form gets monitored continuously to ensure you're actually hitting the muscle groups we're targeting and not just moving weight around.

Every single week, you're checking in. It's non-negotiable. This is how I make sure you're progressing and how we troubleshoot problems before they become bigger problems.

Private 1:1 call every quarter to discuss progress and the plan moving forwards because honestly, I like to catch up and make sure you're not being a psycho.
